An elegant apartment in the heart of Bergamo, located on the first floor of a historic building. Bright rooms with attention to detail, featuring a spacious living room and an open-concept kitchen.

The apartment features two bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, a third bathroom in the living area, and an additional space that can be used as a third bedroom. Two balconies overlook the main street and the quiet inner courtyard, offering comfort, privacy, and an ideal central location.

The Space
• The living room consists of a lounge area with a huge corner sofa where you can enjoy your favorite shows on a 55" TV, and a dining area with a spectacular square table that seats 8.

• The living room opens onto the open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, freestanding stainless-steel refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and all the tableware needed for 6 people. An additional dining table completes the furnishings, along with colorful stools.

• The living area opens onto a spacious hallway with a double sofa bed and one bathroom, featuring a toilet and a washing machine.

• In the sleeping area, both bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms) feature double beds, spacious walk-in closets, and private bathrooms equipped with stone showers.

• The entire apartment features hardwood floors and is equipped with air conditioning, a security door, double-glazed windows, and Wi-Fi, accessible in all rooms.

• A welcome kit is included, featuring towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters, as well as coffee and water, and of course everything you need for cooking (pots, dishes, silverware, etc.)

• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.

Guest access:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic, fully renovated building, accessible via a charming stone staircase. The location is very central yet convenient, ideal for getting around on foot and experiencing the city.

The main shopping streets, the University of Bergamo, and the train and bus stations are just a few minutes away. Also nearby are Via XX Settembre, Piazza Pontida, and the Sentierone—the elegant heart of the city, with its pedestrian zones and historic buildings.

Right outside the apartment, you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants—perfect for enjoying Bergamo in total comfort.

At check-in, each guest will be asked to present a valid ID for registration purposes.

Free on-site parking from July 1 through October 31.
