“The apartment is located at a slope while the outside of the road is not really clean and some rubbish were spread over on the road that perhaps the risbiish bin was full Meanwhile, it should be specified clearly that there’re no lift available so to let the customer consider whether we should book the apartment at top floor (3rd floor). It was challenging to bring four big luggage up the stairs!! I have never had experience when I booked at hotel.com that there are rules from the hotel that……

I’m a native of Bergen, so I knew going in that this street gets loud, as a shortcut lots of drunk partygoers use. Just be aware of this before you book!”
