Great staff, great location, parking in premises, good food as we loved the breakfast and room Service experiences. Decent amenities.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights last week. The overall experience was good. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable enough. The location is great - right on the main road. But there's also a flip side to this... If your room is street side, you may or may not get a good night sleep. It can get noisy. The other side of the building is likely to be more quiet :) They have a nice lounge area with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The location was fantastic for Christmas markets. The check in lady was extraordinarily friendly and kind. The only issues we experienced were the tiny doorways and tight everything. Watch your head, I nailed mine several times at 6’3” tall. The building is a trillion years old, so you can’t have it all. The door to our room 20 never shut automatically which provided unnecessary stress of “is my room locked?” The bed had a massive hill type lump in between where two people sleep, preventing any comfortable cuddling. Otherwise a good experience. Tiny elevator! Salzburg is a must visit.

Great room. Close to the shops and restaurants

Room was adequate, the couch was good, the extra chair was well past its prime. Breakfast was not quite up to standard. Staff was very friendly.
