Really disappointing stay. Check-in was from 2pm, but I arrived at 3pm and the room still wasn’t ready.
At 10pm, my access fob stopped working, leaving me locked out of my room and belongings. There was nobody on site to help, no response via the property chat, and it took around 30 minutes to get a response on Facebook. A man staying there eventually had to physically push the door open for me.
The room was also filthy, with hairs on the bed, bathroom and counters.
Being left at 10pm without access to my room was particularly concerning as a young woman. I would not recommend staying here.
