"Bed Bug feces, urine and sweat stains on the mattress? Wait 2 business days to speak to mgmt who doesn’t care? Than you will love staying here. “Bed bugs are a normal part of the hotel business”. Made the mistake of sitting at the desk to eat my food before I checked the bed- so I exceeded their 60 min policy and was NOT refunded. (97 min in part because I removed my belongings & time at the front desk trying to discuss with the clerk). "

"The staff was very helpful when both the refrigerator and the television in the room they gave me were not working. The room and hotel itself are showing some wear and tear, especially the carpeting in the room. There were a couple of boxes elder bugs in the room as well both dead and alive. Complementary breakfast was about his bare bones as you could possibly get. Overall would not recommend."
