“It was an old hotel, look like 1-star motel. The towel was yellowish, and air-con was not working well (we’re sweating in sleep). The room ambient feels like haunted. Bearable for 1 night, but definitely will not return again. The only good thing- it was few minutes walking distance from a mall”
“Great place, centrally located, convinience store next door, 10mins walk from Arbat/Panfilov/Ascension/GreenBazar. Hotel staff were helpful, the only place that offered water refills instead of std 2/ day plastic bottles. Mildom uses glass bottles + a large jug in each room that all guests could refill.very practical! Toilet with bidet is almost a luxury in Almaty! Food was awesome &a generoud spread compared to several others. HAPPY KIDS makes it worth the proce which is also reasonable given……
“Had to argue with staff for toilet paper and fresh towels.
Wet laundry hung in corridor leading to guest rooms and cleaning carts, cleaning supplies in the corridor in plain view also.
