“Der Blick aus der Wohnung war schon etwas besonderes. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Standort war für uns ideal. Ruhig aber dennoch alles mit nur kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. ”

“Die Ferienwohnung besticht insbesondere durch nachfolgende Charakteristika:- sehr sauber und gepflegt - insbesondere sind hier auch die sanitären Anlagen hervorzuheben - sehr gut ausgestattete und sortierte Küche - hervorragendes Platzangebot - Wohnung wirkt wie aus einem Guß, d.h. in sich stimmig und eben nicht als "Resterampe" für ausgesonderte Sachen - viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auf einer Terrasse, die keine Wünsche offen läßt (sehr viel Platz, Beschattungsmöglichkeit via Markise, Top-Aussicht)-……

“Alles hat super gepasst. Unabhängiger Check in durch codierte zugangskontolle. Wohnung sehr sauber und geräumig. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles passt. Gerne immer wieder.”

“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“We had a great stay. A nice upstairs apartment with it's own entrance and a great area. Nice kitchen, washroom, and great bedroom. We loved the side yard, outside sitting area, and feel of the property. Beautifully maintained by the owners who are always willing to help. Would love to Stay here again! ”

“We found everything we needed in this apartment for the 2 nights we stayed. It is very close to supermarkets, Como city and with easy access to the highway. All clean and very well equipped.”

“The apartment was very nice and spacious . We spent the night so we would be close to the airport . I can’t comment on things to do in this area as we arrived Friday night in the dark . We did walk to a restaurant walking distance and it was delicious. Unfortunately we do not remember the name . ”
