"I didn't release when I booked the rooms that they were on the second floor up a flight of external stairs. Beyond that, everything else was good. The cabin looked to be built in the 1970's or 80's but was in good shape. The kitchen, bathroom, and bed rooms were clean and without bugs. The cabin was fairly close to the attractions we wanted to see. Yes, I would stay there again."

"Clean room but bed was a little too firm for my liking. Hot tub was good but pool was about 2-3 degrees too cold to be comfortable. Decent breakfast with a nice variety to choose from."

"Enjoyed our early fall stay. We we finishing up a visit to the western UP, and was tired of the overpriced 1star hotels. I figured I could do any worse. I think we we were the only guest for a Thursday night, end of Sept. our room was clean a functional. Note the shower pressure could clean the side of a house lol. For breakfast since we were the only ones was made to order vs the cellophane wrapped muffins you get at an AmericInn. The Chef gave us the location of a nearby falls to visit. A nice end to our trip."

"My daughter and I both lived in the U.P.but haven't been back in years. This cabin is perfect for the Upper Peninsula experience . Everything you need us here and the peace and quiet is amazing. Jerry is a great host and made sure all was OK with our stay. We hope to come back in the spring."
