“The office was dirty and smelled of marijuana smoke along with body odor. The door to the living quarters was open and had dirty dishes and tools on the table. The room had food wrappers, water bottle, and crumbs behind and under the night stand. The air conditioner was off in 90 plus degree weather and the room smelled like it had not been aired out in along time. Very musty. The manager offered a second room and we found the same conditions as the first. The outside of the motel is old and……

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop……
