"We had an amazing vacation at Sugar Bay. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and caring, the beach is perfect (protected by a cove and a nice size) and the food choices were very fresh, varied and delicious. Our room was super bright and clean and expansive. Everything we needed for the perfect holiday was right there. Did I mention the swim up bar with strong cocktails and the snorkeling in the front of the hotel? We will definitely return."

"We first visited this small boutique hotel some 20 years ago it was very good then and continues to be so now. The food and bar service in this all inclusive hotel were very good and the bedrooms comfortable and kept very clean. There are also weekly evening entertainment programmes which were well received by the guests. The older staff were on the whole excellent with a very positive customer focus; however, it must be said that some of the younger waiting staff members should not be in the hospitality industry, this in spite of the high level of training they received. The hotel is situated close to excellent beaches and the capital Bridgetown. All in all access to the whole island is easy from the Island Inn with a myriad of taxis and busses all being close."

"Excellent staff and hosting unfortunately the lobby bar was under renovations at the time but the beach bar was more than adequate. The beach was well kept as well as the pool area and bartenders with the bar side pool. The breakfast buffet while very diverse with a lot of choices was a bit on the pricey side. Easy walk to shopping across the street taxi stand just outside of the hotel to get a taxi anywhere on the island. Beautiful beach beautiful sunsets from this area as well."
