“Our group of friends had the best time here! Big communal spaces, BBQ, incredible hot tub with views across the lake and the perfect location for getting to other activities. We'll be staying again.”

“Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. Thank you Margaret for the goodies !!”

“Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.”

“Beautiful character property, very in keeping with the gorgeous town it’s situated in. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close it is to the town, the little sunny yard, the lovely bedroom in the eaves and how comfortable the beds are. Malmsbury itself is a lovely town with local shops and eateries, and we did a long walk on the Saturday, following a route from a book at the house. Highly recommend ”

“Very comfortable and clean cottage set in a great location for visiting the Cotswolds.Would highly recommend.”

“Great location! Perfect for us”

“I cannot say enough positive things about cloud nine. The location was perfect. I loved having my own space as well as a little garden in front where we could have coffee in the morning. Most important the owner was incredibly communicative, provided spot on recommendations and answered any question I had within minutes.”
