The expansive ground-floor living space forms the heart of the house, where sumptuous sofas in both the lounge and TV snug sit alongside a crackling wood burner – perfect for unwinding after windy coastal walks. Large sliding doors draw in the light and frame ever-changing sea views, seamlessly connecting the interior with the garden beyond. The impressive kitchen is fully equipped with high-spec appliances and sits beside an extendable dining table, encouraging long, laughter-filled meals with family and friends. There is a utility area just off the kitchen and also a ground floor shower room. Completing the ground floor are two beautifully designed bedrooms, a king-size (which can be converted to a twin on request), and a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Upstairs, two further elegant super-king-size bedrooms are thoughtfully styled for comfort, with one boasting an en-suite shower room. Both have stunning coastal views and each feature indulgent Tempur beds and toppers to ensure a superb night’s sleep. The property is completed by a family bathroom with panoramic views from the free-standing bath.
Outside, the setting is nothing short of magical. Set within a quarter-acre of private, landscaped gardens, the outdoor space has been carefully zoned to suit every mood. There is a games room with table tennis table and dart board and storage for surf boards and wet suit hangers within the large garage space. Enjoy al fresco dining on the sea-view patio, sip morning coffee or evening drinks on one of the many terraces, or stretch out on the iconic Apple daybed for a well-earned afternoon siesta. The decked area has plenty of space for yoga, pilates or meditation. A private gate leads directly to the RNLI slipway and coast path for open water swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. Private parking is available for up to six cars.
