We found out that the mini split heat pump was broken when we woke up cold overnight. The rental company knew it was broken but didn't bother to tell us to use the backup heaters. "This is a beautiful and cozy place to stay, especially once you get the wood stove going—it really makes the space feel warm and inviting.A few small suggestions that could make the experience even better: it would be helpful to have a bit more fire starter provided based on the length of stay (we only had one for four nights). It would also be a nice touch to include some basic cooking staples like salt, pepper, and maybe powdered creamer and sugar for coffee.One thing to be aware of is that sound does travel quite easily in the dome, so we could hear some noise from neighboring guests at times, including conversations and dogs during the night.Overall though, the property itself is beautiful and has a really peaceful, cozy feel. It’s a great place to unplug and relax while still being close enough to everything we wanted to explore, making the drives very manageable."
