The staff, the hotel, the pool, the spa, and the sauna are all five stars. The gym is a tiny little room but you can do your cardio and a few strength exercises. However there is so much to do in Montenegro and I can recommend this property. The staff, the location, the food, the service, and the rooms are amazing

My time here was great as a solo traveler, it was a really calming end to my trip. Everything was great from the check in to check out, food is absolutely amazing. It is easy to spend way too much money here but you get what you pay for.

Even before arriving at the hotel, I received an email informing me that the room I had booked did not include access to the swimming pool. I have to say that the advertising was misleading, and the fact that the hotel sends this email in advance suggests they are aware of the issue. Although it was stated in the fine print after selecting the room that pool access was not included, the layout is very confusing. Hotel rooms, rooms with pool access, and rooms without pool access are all mixed together, making it very difficult to notice the difference when booking. This felt misleading and was very disappointing. Overall, however, the place is lovely. There are restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are wonderful!

the bedding was not good. very hard pillows. the maid staff never replaced missing items in the room (tissues, creamer for in room coffee, etc.) the place is new, just opened so i give some grace but the staff is not that well trained. could not tip on card, could not arrange a taxi and pay through hotel and other things, didn't always understand requests.

Not worth what we paid for, only one restaurant in the resort, accessing two pools is paid, you have to repeat your requests to get it done and never use their transportation as it's extremely expensive
