Doe's food was amazing! The customer service is awesome! Every employee we encountered were super nice and helpful. There are only 4 main elevators for 23 floors. Sometimes took 15 minutes just to get from the ground floor to our room on the 23rd floor.

Enjoyed my time in Biloxi. The resort was ok, the guest rooms could use some updating. If you’re looking for a grown up getaway please keep in mind, this resort caters to children! I would book again only if I was vacationing with the kids. Overall I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone we encountered was in a bad mood. Did not want to help and rude. Even with simple questions as which elevators to take. We were told just read the signs, which we did not see till after being yelled at. The employees were even arguing with each other. The room smelled like bleach really bad. Both me and my did not want to visit desk to ask for any help do to the two ladies and man at desk being extremely rude

This is a great place to bring kids and have a lot of fun. They loved the arcade and Paradise Pier. Really enjoyed the food at Margaritaville Cafe, prices are reasonable.

We had a wonderful time at margaritaville. Our room had a balcony with a great view. There’s so much to do with the water park, arcade and paradise pier It’s fun for kids of all ages.

Great family destination. The staff is great ! The staff is helpful and very friendly. They do need to invest in about 21 new pool loungers. Plenty of room for more… Not enough for their guests especially if you account for the ones in disrepair. We loved and will be back regardless. Blessed to have a family friendly resort on the Gulf Coast.

The one thing I wanted to do we couldn't do because the acrobar was down due to it needed a piece on the ride. So the ride was down the 4 days we were there.

The property overall is nice. The elevators are very slow. I was surprised at how hectic check in was because of families having to wait on the elevators. It took us 15 minutes to get from the 10th floor (check in) to the 18th floor. The room was average but didn't have a microwave. I understand its a resort and they want to encourage people to eat onsite. There should still be a microwave in the room so food purchased onsite can be reheated. We ate onsite and took our leftover food with us. Later we wanted to heat it and realized there was no microwave! The arcade is huge and has a good variety of games/activities. The pool area was nice if you're there with kids. There is no adult pool area separate from the kids but there is a swim-up bar. It wasnt what I expected but the overall experience wasnt too bad.

The check in staff was superb! Very friendly and quick. I was even told that if I tended to be cold, order extra blankets early because they run out. I ordered at 4:05 ( check in was 4), no blankets at 6. I called back at 6, got voice mail, still no blankets at 8, voice mail again, I never got blankets or return call. I give housekeeping a negative rating. Went to the bar on the tenth floor for happy hour and there was no bae tender. When she came back, there was no draft beer as she said her kegs did it work. Asked for bottled beer then, but they were not part of happy hour. She was not apologetic or friendly. Everything else was fine. By far the best was the great sign in staff.

Was very convenient for having kids on vacation only complaint I have is the wait for the elevators were pretty bad and we weren’t there while it was busy so I couldn’t imagine if it was busy.
