"Alles in allem, schöne Ferienwohnung. Allerdings mit Kleinkind nicht optimal, da es "nur" einen Bartisch gibt und einen Wohnzimmertisch an dem man Essen kann. Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Für ein Paar, dass abends auch noch an der Strandpromenade ausgehen kann ist diese Wohnung perfekt."

"Unterkunft war super, Ausstattung war top, der Ostbalkon läd zum Frühstücken ein. Die Sauna war groß und sauber, sie war der perfekte Ausklang am Abend. Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach perfekt (250 m zum Strand), kurze Wege zur Strandpromenade und Einkaufsmeile. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen."

"Schön an der Wohnung waren die Lage, der große Balkon mit Möbeln und Polstern und die wirklich super gut ausgestattete Küche. Minus: Vermieter eher unfreundlich! Vorsicht bei undurchsichtigen Kosten. Plus Störung durch Handwerker ohne Ankündigung. Außerdem waren die Betten im Schlafzimmer sehr durchgelegen, somit entsprach der Renovierungsstandard nicht wirklich den Angaben in der Beschreibung! Uns war nicht bewusst, dass man den Schlüssel an einer anderen Stelle abholen musste. Ca. 20 min....

"Pros: Ich hatte mit meinem Partner eine erholsame Auszeit in Binz. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern & die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und man ist direkt fussläufig in der Hauptpassage. Schnelle Wege ebenfalls zur Strandpromenade. Das wir am Grundstück parken konnten war super. Die Vermieterin war herzlich und aufgeschlossen."

If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual \*\*\*k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
