“We liked everything about the property except the light function thing and the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt like an inconvenience to the people at the desk. One lady was doing embroidery when we arrived and I had a lot of questions about the area and she just didn’t seem like she wanted to help me out. One night when we returned, the guy at the desk didn’t even acknowledge us. He was watching something on the computer. It was not a welcoming environment at all.”
