HC Property - The Hideaway at Watergate Eye

3.5 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (3)

So we booked here for the hot tub and the relevant ease of running a Park Run on the Saturday. After running this Park Run we returned back to the accommodation for our day of in and out of the hot tub. Although this turned out to be turned off so we had an ice bath, not advertised on the website. We then were told that we would get a nights refund for this...

Gardenside Lodge self - catering dog friendly holiday home in County Durham

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (49)
"Wow - what a brilliant stay! Not only was the property uniquely amazing, but Kenny and Glad are also the most fantastic hosts. In fact I've never stayed in a place like it. My family (and energetic young
dog
) loved their garden. We even roasted marshmallows at the fireplace in the outdoor castle folly on our last night, in the moonlight! it was magical. And the location is great too. We took the family on a beautiful countryside walk for a Sunday pub lunch before heading into Bishop Auckland...
