We stayed in room 3 and the decor is beautiful, the bed really comfortable , i would say medium /firm. Ensuite fully equipped with toiletries , towels etc. They have put in alot of care so that your needs are met. Cleanliness is excellent. I would stay again if i needed to stop over in darlington. There was no breakfast included, however there are lots of places close buy to get breakfast.

Room was beautiful receptionist was lovely breakfast was nice On a night it was very noisy lots of banging and an alarm was going off we got a knock on the door late at night to ask if we had been smoking in the hotel room which was setting the alarm off the lady asking us appeared quite rude and don’t apologise for the disturbance my husband and I don’t smoke no idea what the alarm was that kept going off in the end staff had mentioned they had turned the alarms off Quite disappointing as we were really looking forward to our night away

Great hotel close to the town centre staff friend breakfast great will stay there again

Room was excellent and staff were polite and helpful

Outstanding location!! Two lamps in our room not working and pillows very minimalist for our liking (thin)..but an otherwise excellent facility and service from the in-house staff. Our evening meal at the hotel restaurant was a memorable experience (the good kind!).
