The moment I walked into the room, the bathroom floor was already soaked—and then I realized why: water was actively dripping from the ceiling light. Yes, an ELECTRICAL ceiling light with water coming through it. A blatant safety hazard and completely unacceptable. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to be moved. They flat-out refused and claimed they had “no rooms available.” Meanwhile, guests were being checked in right in front of me. Expedia has charged the hotel but failed to book for us, and there is no other options because all the hotels are fully booked in the area. The ONLY letdown was b'fast. I don't stay somewhere just for their free b'fast, but they do advertise it, so... I was hugely disappointed in the powdered eggs they served. Really?
