The reception is nice and super friendly with us. A bit loud with the 395 passing through town with all the trucks but no big deal. The moment I walked into the room, the bathroom floor was already soaked—and then I realized why: water was actively dripping from the ceiling light. Yes, an ELECTRICAL ceiling light with water coming through it. A blatant safety hazard and completely unacceptable. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to be moved. They flat-out refused and claimed they had “no rooms available.” Meanwhile, guests were being checked in right in front of me.
