Beautiful and inviting lobby. It smelled so good, clean, and I loved the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar they had. Such a nice touch. The front desk attendant was cheerful and welcoming as well. The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated that the toilet and shower were in a separate space from the mirror and sink as it made getting ready a lot easier. AC worked great and the view of the inlet was beautiful. Decent breakfast available.

I requested a room accessible for my 90 year old mother with a walker. We got that. I asked the front desk woman if there was another entrance to the pool because the one at the entrance had many stairs. She said no. Another traveler in the lobby told me there is one around the back. The staff member said they never took her around the property and trained her when the woman said that. They play music all day and night until 10:30pm outside my room by a speaker. I requested it be turned off and a different front desk member said he didn't know how and the maintenance guy hadn't been there for 2 weeks. I got a text when I arrived to say to text with any questions, but when I texted I got no answer. I asked for early check in which they did. Then they charged me $20 for it without telling me there was a charge at the time.

It was a spacious, clean, well thought out space with all the expected amenities. The location is ideal, and the hotel is truly a treasure.
