“This is a really lovely property located about 15 miles south of the Delaware turf. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There were two queen size beds to sleep in nice size, bathroom, coffee, service in the room, as well as a decent size refrigerator, and a microwave. it is a family home there are, some comfort noises like children foot but overall, I really liked staying here and having the opportunity to get away from the typical hotel environment.”

“Just beautiful. Janelle is a fantastic host. The house was super cute and clean. The property is something you don't want to miss. Osprey, purple martins, eagle, turtles. ducks, squirrels, kayak, canoe, firepit, sunrise and sunset on the pier, close restaurant and bar. Adequate kitchen supplies with all that was needed, small cooktop, refrigerator and freezer. Can't say enough.”

“Had a wonderful 3 night visit over holidays. Peaceful setting with plenty of room for humans and doggies. Close to beaches and shops without feeling crowded. Dog owners will be impressed with all the touches in the charming lodge. Immaculate clean and prepared with a full kitchen with almost everything you need (we prepared a turkey meal with no problem). Cozy hang outs on both floors. Blue Dog Lodge is second to none. Would highly recommend for any Delmarva getaway.”

“Overall house was great and plenty of space to stay for our group. There were little things that needed improvement. The back sliding door screen was ripped so we couldn't keep it open because too many flies were getting in the house. Firepit was broken so we did not use it. Side door was broken and fixed with lime green tape. Just some small things need the improvement but overall, it was a good stay, if these things were fixed definitely will stay again or if price was a little lower due to a……
