“The bathroom was very clean but the room is not just dated but in poor condition with peeling paper, an old stove that doesn't work, a refrigerator that didn't work and only one outlet near the bed. No USB ports. Check out at 10 a.m. It was okay for one night and close to Tanglewood.”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“Conveniently located to Tanglewood and Jacob's pillow and other attractions in towns in western Mass. All brand new decorated room. Neighborhood is a little down market but safe and quiet at night. Good value for money.”

“Clean room and bedding which was upside. Downside was paper thin walls/connective doors that meant I heard every word of the neighbour’s phone calls and TV programs which was bad enough but even worse was having to listen to ………I could not wait to leave”
