“Had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Black Swan Inn. Location was great - close to Lenox and on a beautiful lake - I recommend booking a lakeside room.”

“The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and sanitary, the service staff is very warm, is willing to provide all kinds of help, breakfast is abundant. The facilities are very humanized, the network high-speed signal is good, the scenery outside the window is good. The design of the room decoration is also very distinctive. Cost performance is good, the next check in”

“Nice little place, clean and ok breakfast - nothing hot. Just thought a little expense. $600 for 2 nights. I realize a lot was happening in the area so maybe why it cost that much.”

“Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The grounds are so beautiful . There were a number of lovely places inside and out for sitting and relaxing. We loved the welcome drink and a bottle of wine ( choice of red or white) to have in our room. We enjoyed it on our balcony with its lovely views of the main house and the yard. Unfortunately we couldn’t attend the cognac tasting as we were busy. I would love to come to the Cornell again-and again!”

“Uneven stay. Conveniently located. Hard to locate the correct parking. Nice breakfast. Uppity atmosphere. Other guests looked very annoyed that there were children taking up space in the breakfast room. And when I pointed out to the front desk that the minibar prices / menu in my room were not visible, nor was the minibar locked, that was all somehow an egregious fault on my part, rather than "thanks for your honesty and patronage." So, lots of lovely things, and the ego of knowing they're the……

“We enjoyed our visit to the Inn. It was close to all the events, Tanglewood, and destinations, hiking and waterfall, we wanted to explore.”

“We liked that we could walk to Tanglewood--the location was the strongest asset of the property. There was minimal staff-- I received a text that front desk staff was leaving at 7pm. The room was adequate. The heat exchanger worked but the air blew directly on our bed. There were no coffee pods with caffeine for early risers.”
