"I messaged owner prior to book for my ATV if property was accessible to ATV trails (those are hard to come by) I was assured there are plenty of trails accessible. I’ve booked trips every year and asked this same question for the most part I get honest answers and most properties are not accessible, so I don’t book. This property owner claimed it was accessible without trailering ATV. This property is located with in city limits on paved city streets and do NOT permit ATV riding!! There is NO trail accessible from home. I also thought I was renting a whole private residence, the ad does mention a small “apartment” an apartment by legal terms is a separate dwelling not accessible by another dwelling. Some stranger just walks I. The back downstairs back door of the property I rented as private ( I can see him and he can see me in the living room) that’s not an apartment that’s a roommate I know nothing about he’s a stranger in the private residence I rented!! The. Dishwasher and garbage disposal also would not turn on when I left message of it the reply I got was it properly needs resetting again (clearly an ongoing unresolved issue) the property itself was decent, a bit outdated and many signs of DIY projects not quite up to standards. Many blinds in need of replacement, poorly sealing windows and doors. Upstairs toilet didn’t flush well and didn’t properly stop running, weeds all over landscape and drive way. CST that hung around entire stay and many other stays before me. "
