“Very satisfied with property and even saw a few deer”

“This cabin is located in the middle of a national forest not far from the Colorado border in a remote location. It is surrounded by native vegetation and wildlife. While you are having breakfast, you can often see a family of deer grazing just outside the dining room. On our drive to town, we also came across a family of wild turkeys. There is a profound sense of calm and solitude. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. There is a large deck just outside the room we stayed in,……

“Great value for area. Is about 30 minute drive to Arches Park Entrance. Clean, really appreciated the stocked kitchen(dishes, utensils)with sink and fridge. No oven, but does have microwave. Very comfortable bed and good pressure/hot shower! So welcome after full days hiking or mountain biking!! Easy check in/check out with attendant in office/store nearby. ”

“We had a great time. This was perfect for my two kids and I. It was very clean and had all the essentials. The coffee was delicious in the mornings. The bathrooms and showers we use daily and they were always clean. We will stay here again, however I would recommend upgrading the queen bed to a little bit nicer mattress. After a few days, it was a little painful.”

“It was the perfect place for myself and my golden who has been in recovery from surgery. She loved the long walks, the little stream and was intrigued by all of the wildlife. I am looking at dates to go back. It was the most peace I have felt in years. I loved the deck. I sat there for hours painting it just looking at the view. “The Cedars Country Cottage is a gem. We had a very pleasant stay. A lot of space, nicely furnished and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. And away from any major roads or traffic. Surrounded by cedars with far away views all the way to the Rockies. Very convenient for trips to the Monument Valley, Valley of the Gods, etc. Highly recommended!”
