“L’eau a été coupée pendant 1.5 jours de mon séjour de 3 jours!! Des milliers d’insectes sont apparues dans le bain alors que je m’apparaît à prendre une douche quand le système d’eau est revenu à la fin de mon séjour. Le dg semblait vouloir nier tout ou minimiser ce grave problème même après lui avoir montré une vidéo!!! Je lui ai demandé un montant de remboursement et il m’a simplement offert quelques dollars, une gifle considérant la gravité de cet événement!! J’ai essayé d’inclure une vidéo……

“Although the exterior is run down and the interior dated, the bed was comfortable, fridge worked great, and the bathroom had shampoo, bath soap, and hand soap. I had dinner at the attached restaurant and it was basic but well done.”

“Rooms were clean and staff were accommodating and respectful. The website still lists a restaurant that has been closed since covet. We had planned on this from previous comments about chef and food, however had to adopt alternative measures . In small town Iron Bridge there was only 1 other restaurant choice which was closing within 20 minutes of our check in at 6:30 pm , leaving only a small gas bar/general convenience store for basic meals. The proximity to Trans Canada highway, lower rates……
