The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. “這次我們住宿的是兩房一廳的公寓房型，整體空間真的非常舒適，位置也超級方便的，周邊機能對我們來說是非常方便，只是廚房的垃圾每天都會幫忙清理但不知道為何另外兩間浴室的就沒有整理，浴室淋浴空間排水似乎不是很好都會積水所以要洗的小心翼翼，另外有一點讓我們很介意的是，第一時間遇到的女生櫃台很熱心還幫我們查找地圖，但之後換成男生櫃台人員的時候就冷漠許多，這是因為我們發現他對其他西方人的答覆跟服務態度跟對我們的有落差，這讓我們感到有一點被歧視，除此之外飯店的位置及硬體設施是真的都很不錯。”

“洒店的問題是那條又窄又長又高的樓梯，我們要拿住兩個25kg的行李箱爬上和下來4樓;第二，是房間內沒有空調，而且窗口基本上不能打開，夏天时室將超過30度，建議加上電風扇；第三，房間內沒有洗衣機，而附件也沒有洗衣店，建議在公共地方加上這項設備，會方便很多！ 其他的就不錯，地方清潔，交通方便，附近有歺厅和超市，房間也很大，但我想我下次不會再來這間酒店了。”

"It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel."
