“Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the Christmas in July decorations. Excellent location, short walk to Echo Point and Scenic World. The only minor negative is that there’s no coffeemaker in the room, just packets of instant coffee. ”

“Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues.”
