The hotel is not well maintained. I was only staying 4 nights and I ended up moving rooms e times. Items were not working or were broken in 3 out of the 4 rooms - the heat, the TV, the floor lamp, etc.
The walls are paper thin. I had to move from 2 rooms because I was jolted awake in the wee hours of the morning -once from the TV next door and once from noises above me. In one room, when I stood in the bathroom, I could hear conversations from the room next door.
This would have been a 1* review but I gave 1* for the excellent service provided by Jovan. The hotel did try to make up for all the problems but they good Will was pretty much wiped out by a conversation I had with Julio.
He implied that I should be grateful because I had an upgraded room and suggested that maybe was just picky about the room. My response was that zi am platinum with Expedia so I am entitled to an upgraded room. The last thing I wanted to do with my precious time in the City was to pack up all of my things and move 3 times. I was just desperate to get a good night’s sleep!
