“Disappointed that the pool and spa were out of commission and we went there specifically for a pool. We were too beat from traveling to change. Also dislike that the smoking area is in front of the door… we have a baby, it’s a bad spot at the entrance. Also beds were terribly uncomfortable and stiff. Other than that, staff was great and it was clean. ”

“The staff and hotel are wonderful. Work out room is quiet and clean. We stayed in a queen suite for the week, and it was perfect. Enough room for all three of us not to fall over each other or our luggage. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, eggs, egg cheese English muffin, and sausage. They also had waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. The staff was helpful and informative of the area. We absolutely loved our stay. Price was VERY nice for a week stay. Close to town, Blue……

“The room was filthy it stuck. The bathtub was so dirty I wouldn't get in it. And the bathroom smelled like pee really really bad it was just nasty all the way around I would not recommend it to anybody .”

“The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future.”

“The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross.”

Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat……

“The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!”

“We did not interact with staff because of our late arrival, early departure, and long stays at the hospital. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Our only displeasure was being right underneath (apparently) a stage that had live music when we were trying to sleep between hospital visits. There was no notice to us that would be happening and nothing that could be done - but to endure. In fairness - the music was pretty good, but we needed sleep so much more. 😌”
