"My family and I selected this property for a traveling minister and his wife to stay overnight. I went in to see the apartment so I could feel assured of the conditions I was leaving them in. Carolyn had everything ready. It was so neat and clean. It was a wonderful little spot and was just like the pictures. "Grass was cut and property maintained pretty well. Inside was clean for the most part. Traces of chips on the floor & live bugs inside the sheets in that had to be evicted in master room and some hair on the shower shelf. No extra cleaning fees though. We just needed a place to crash to get to Whiteville for an event so it served it's purpose and the price was perfect.
