The hotel was booked on 7/25/2022 until 7/30/2022. The room type is family,all including breakfast and drinks. Suddenly I was transferred to the Costa 3S Hotel with the same features and price, but the matter was different - and it turned out that the Costa 3s Hotel is very bad and tired for the family and when I paid the full amount To spend 5 nights, my family could not bear the situation, so we went out on the same first day, which is the date of 25/7/2022 at 11 pm, and the rest of the four nights were not refunded. It is considered bad management by the hotel and the expedia website i need refund my money for 4 nights bu credit card plz

i stayed here recently and enjoyed my stay there. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. from the reception staff and the restaurant staff under ghengis and his team nothing was a problem. rooms were nice and roomy as well there is a lovely swimming pool. the only problem i had was there is no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby. but otherwise the place is great to stay in. very central
