Situated directly across from Renaissance Park in one of Meridian's most walkable neighborhoods, this bright and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom patio home is an ideal fit for families, groups, and longer stays. With 1,935 sq ft of comfortable living space, two private patios, and access to four community pools, it has the feel of a resort with all the comforts of home.The open main level flows naturally from the fully stocked kitchen to the dining area and out to the main patio, making it easy to cook, gather, and enjoy the outdoors. Upstairs, a loft workspace with a desk and 1-gig Wi-Fi makes it a great option for remote workers and extended stay guests. Every bedroom and the living room has a Roku TV, and the bonus room upstairs with two full-over-full bunk beds is perfect for kids or larger groups.Renaissance Park is right outside your door with playgrounds, walking trails, and open green space.
