BLUE SKY RETREAT is in beautiful Meridian, just minutes from Boise. It is well furnished for you to stay for a few days, or a few weeks. For the price of a local hotel room, you'll have a full two bedroom house with a generous kitchen space, dining table that seats up to 8, a breakfast bar and a comfortable living room with large HD smart TV. The home is clean, the furnishings are stylish and fresh, the atmosphere is comfortable. The fenced yard has plenty of grassy space to play with the provided lawn games on this 7000 sq foot lot with fruit trees and a firepit. Nearly every surface in the house is brand new. Please leave shoes at the door and limit food to the kitchen/dining area.

Exploring Meridian

I loved this little house. It was very clean and well stocked. I wanted to be close to conveniences and walkable. This home was all of that. When we were at the house it was so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely a double thumbs up!

Cozy Blue Sky Retreat

We enjoyed this little home. By far one of the best places we have stayed yet. The home was well equipped with games and pretty much everything you could imagine. Cozy, quiet and was perfect for us. We did some site seeing and this offered the best place to go after a long day away.

Wonderful time in Meridian!

My son and I loved staying at the home. We used it as our home base for adventures all around. Wahooz, fishing, skateparks, hiking and biking. We loved the coziness of the home and it was perfect for our time together. We hope to stay here again next time in Idaho.

Perfect getaway

We had a lovely pre-Thanksgiving visit with our son and his family. So wonderful to be nearby and yet have privacy for both them and us. The house is convenient and perfect for us.

So lovely!

This house is very comfortable and charming. The owner has thought of every detail and makes you feel right at home. It’s also close to a grocery store and shopping for things you may need. Highly recommend!

Second Visit!

My best friend & I enjoyed our stay so much from 1 year ago that we had to revisit the cozy blue cottage for our annual friends' trip! It's homey, comfortable, has everything & more! I highly recommend & the owner is just too kind. I know we'll be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was Nicely decorated and clean loaded with extras. And outdoor patio area that was very relaxing. Little bit more traffic on the street than we would have liked but being in the house it was very quiet. We slept great and enjoyed the Hershey kisses with.

Family Weekend @ BSU

What a sweet property! We were about 15 minutes from the BSU campus. Easy jump on and off the freeway. Convenient location! This property has everything you need. It's well stocked. Wonderful washer and dryer. Cute backyard. You truly can't go wrong with this property. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Native becoming a tourist!

Our stay was incredible!! It was suppose to be a girls trip and then turned into a family trip. The house was more than accommodating for us as well as my son and had all the necessities and more. It was so cozy and comforting after a long day of traveling and exploring. The house had outdoor games that my son could go run around the fenced backyard area and play and get his energy out. It was the perfect, and will definitely be using as a go to when returning!

Wonderful little spot

We got married around the corner from this VRBO and were looking for a place to do a small rehearsal the night before. I messaged the owner and she replied so quickly and said they love to host there and it would be no problem. We had 4 total sleep over for a slumber party that night after the rehearsal and it was so much fun to have girls night. The property was so cute and cozy, we all fit comfortably. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful little gem

This is one of the best stocked rental homes we have ever stayed. Everything I could possibly have forgotten was thought of. Even tho house was close to a busy road, inside was quiet and could barely hear the traffic. House was also in a great location to everywhere we needed to be. Only negative was we didn’t have time to enjoy the great backyard with fire pit, they provided the wood too.

Excellent house!!!

My 13-year-old son and I came to Boise for a junior national Pickleball tournament and stayed at this adorable house. It was fantastic. It had everything we needed to cook meals and rest comfortably after the long days at the tournament. The Location is fantastic for enjoying the area. The house is beautifully decorated, and every last little detail has been thought of. My only complaint would be that the beds are excessively soft and while some may like a soft mattress i prefer a firm mattress, but that is just my preference not truly a complaint. Fantastic VRBO and we will for sure stay here again next time we return to Boise.

Great Rental - with Extras

Our family of four stayed for just over a week while visiting Idaho. This home was hands down, the BEST stocked home we've ever rented! The host thought of everything and then some. We choose rentals over hotels because we like to make our own meals. This kitchen was stocked with so many extras that are almost never stocked like condiments, cooking oil, salad dressing, spices, etc. It was so nice not to have to buy bottles of stuff you can't possibly use up before leaving.The stocked kitchen was amazing but the host had so many extras in other areas. She really put a lot of thought into how people travel. (Thank You Kelly!)The home is very cute and conveniently located just outside of downtown Boise. The only thing to be aware of is that it does back up to a busy street but we were not there most days and it is pretty quiet inside the home.Kelly was easy to communicate with and very prompt in replying.We would definitely recommend this rental and this host.

Wedding bungalow

This place was amazing for my now husband to stay in the night before our wedding and for us the night of. We got married in downtown Meridian and were able to walk home to our own special place after the reception. Would highly recommend this adorable home, especially the spacious common area, kitchen and large backyard. They really keep this place to notch with all the Suttle details. Thank you for sharing your space and making our day that much more special! Will definitely return for a stay-cation or refer to friends and family visiting 😊

Wonderful home in a great location

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is interested. Everything was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the comfort and convenience of staying in this home. We were in town for a baseball tournament and we were 5 minutes from the fields and almost everything else we needed. It was very nice to come back to this home after a long day at the ballpark and build a fire in the back yard and relax. As mentioned above, this home is well kept and organized. Everything was easy to find and the checkout process was clearly laid out. If the opportunity presented itself I would definitely stay here again as it was so much better than a hotel.

Clean, Well Appointed and Enjoyable

Loved the thoughtfulness of the décor and cheerful feeling of staying in this house. Everything you would need for a couple or small family is provided. We loved the larger back yard and took advantage of the gathering space around a warm fire. Kelly even left some fresh grapes from the vines on the property :) I'm sure this can only be provided in season. The downsides are that the neighborhood isn't entirely up to the house and there is some road noise from the busy streets nearby. Also, keep in mind that the house is on the smaller side and the single bathroom is a tight squeeze. All in all, it was a great stay.

Nice, peaceful home

The house was just as described plus more! It had everything we needed for our family stay and was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is right off a busy road, but noise wasn't too much of a problem. The large backyard was such a fun escape for my kids! Very lovely. Just a few things to consider for the owner...a kettle for us tea drinkers would have been nice. A screendoor for the backdoor to be left open would let that lovely light in, plus allow parents to meep an eye on kids outside. The bedrooms were so lovely and comfortable, but bright in the early morning...perhaps consider some blackout curtains? Thank you for the stay! It really was lovely.
