Check the sheets. Checked in late and literally showered and crawled into bed. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. I don't know if the sheet were stained or if they hadn't been washed since prior guest? Either way, it was really gross. Staff seemed very apologetic and attentive but since we booked through Expedia any compensation has to go through them? Waiting to hear back on that.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Rooms are nice and the showers are exceptional with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Although we didn't eat breakfast there were plenty of options and if you need a snack there are also several options. Staff is also great! We'd stay there again.

The first room we got to had blood stains on both beds. We switched rooms then the key didn’t work. We had to go back down to the lobby three times.

The eggs for breakfast are powdered, tastes horrible. The floor in the room looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while, drink spills on wall. Staff member that assisted with check in was great, breakfast staff member didn’t seem so friendly.

We liked that the property was pet friendly and close to our daughter's apartment. However, upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed that the room looked run down and dirty. Our daughter who came by to visit was sitting on one of the beds and noticed brown stuff smeared on the underside of the bed cover, as well as hair and dirt on the sheet and pillowcases. Same went for the other bed once we started paying attention. We informed the front desk and the lady working that evening was very kind and apologetic and assured us that she would get it fixed. We came back from dinner and beds were newly changed and clean. We did not utilize the breakfast in the mornings, due to observing one of the breakfast attendants eating with the same gloves on that she was touching and replacing food items with. All in all, we were disappointed with the stay and won't be staying here in the future. Only positive to it was the friendly front desk agents and being close to everything we needed.

My family and I stayed at the Garner hotel for 4 nights and overall the experience was a positive one. The desk staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked, and the beds were neither too stiff nor too soft and none of us felt grossed out by the bed linens or anything. The free breakfast was standard fare (sausage patties, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, coffee, orange juice, cereal, yogurt, etc.) and edible but nothing to write home about. The pool was closed so we didn't get to experience that, which is why I only gave 3-stars for amenities. And there's a near overwhelming smell of vanilla as you walk in. Also, the bathroom did not have a bath tub, only a standing shower. So if you have kids that aren't shower-ready yet, you may want to keep that in mind. For the price and convenience of being close to the airport and I-84 we'd probably stay here again if needed.

The three beds were comfortable and spacious. However, only the side with one bed had a TV, so my kids, who were on the side with two beds, had no TV. There was also a broken charger stuck in a power outlet, which felt unsafe, and the bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Overall, decent stay, but these issues need attention.
