"The place is beautiful, the walk to the grotto is a treat and the two welcoming cats are adorable. There was a glitch, when we arrived (well after 3pm check in time) there was an unmade bed & towels on the bathroom floor, but my message was answered immediately and we had other things we could go do while the cleaners came to deal with it.
