The inside of the property was very clean and nice! The neighborhood doesn’t look like a great area. The outside of the townhomes look in need of repair but we did not have any problems with anyone and it was pretty quiet. The driveway is a 1 vehicle driveway and on a very steep slope. We had a little issue with the stove not working right at first but it eventually did and we didn’t have any more issues with it from then on. They were going to send maintenance out but it started working before they got there. The living room fan would never turn on but the light did work and the AC got it nice and cool in the evenings when we came back. It would turn the AC up to 76 automatically in the AM but it would cool down just fine. The last thing I would mention is that the bedrooms are upstairs, I don’t remember reading that and while we are okay with it I know some have issues climbing stairs and would want to make sure that is in the description. Overall it was a good place to stay for a good price. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Neighborhood was a little run down but quiet.Beds are comfortable but upstairs . Stairs are pretty steep and a bit hard for older people to climb.There were limited paper supplies and the unit was not especially clean.There was no working smoke detectors that we could find but we contacted the host and were told that they would resolve immediately.

Pros: location was perfect to everything we needed, it was clean, it had enough spaceCons: WIFI code didn’t work (we used our hotspot), neighbors were load (it’s a townhome attached to another one), the driveway is very steep and a bit difficult to get in and out with a truck
