“The host did not tell me about the elevator (you need to use your door key to make it work) so the door shut and would not work, I tried pushing the call button and nothing! Finally the door opened, I ve never been so scared in my life! The bed sucked, the thermostat light in the bedroom came on constantly and the bartender was rude as heck!”

“The location was convenient to downtown. The parking was a long walk from the second floor room that we had and no elevator. Our bedroom ceiling fan did not work and the commode seat was not attached to the commode. We did like that it had a full service kitchen and washer and dryer.”

“Breakfast was mediocre to poor. TV and wifi were awful. Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the bottom line was that I spent a lot of time trying different ways to access tv, etc to no avail because the hotel's wifi did not work. And the staff, I think, were pretending the problem was something about trying to operate the systems. The hotel won't spend the money necessary to provide wifi. The hotel and my room were nice and clean.”
