“We used the automated check in and they emailed me to code to the wrong room, so I walked in on a poor woman in her underwear. This is a serious security and privacy issue.
I called and someone answered right away, so we only waited about ten minutes before they called back and gave me the code to a different, vacant room.
Otherwise the stay was fine. We already planned to check out the next day so no one was at reception the entire time that we were there. There is a yummy cafe on the main……
