Property Overview - Wow GORGEOUS completely renovated Classic Blowing Rock Home near Blowing Rock Country Club! 3BR/3.1 Bath. VERY DESIRABLE location in Blowing Rock. Close to many wonderful restaurants. 1.3 miles to downtown Blowing Rock. “The Blowing Rock” is less than 1 mile away. Fabulous hiking trails, horseback riding, tomahawk throwing, gem mining, skiing, snow tubing, zip lining, and Tweetsie Railroad is all close by. Seasonal views of Grandfather Mountain, The Blue Ridge Mountains and The Blowing Rock Country Club and golf course out of most windows in the home and the deck. Beautiful sunny & bright throughout owners have thought of every detail! Two smart TVs with sono speakers, all new kitchen appliances, quartz counters, cabinets with under cabinet lighting, farm sink, fixtures, tongue & groove ceilings, new bathrooms with new tile, vanities, lighting, fixtures, all new doors, custom closet barn doors, new HVAC with high tech air purification system, (REMI Halo system).
