The room has a very weird smell. Big stains up the curtains and the shower needed a good clean. Location and hotel was quiet. Ok for a 3 star.
Room was very clean, albeit it on the smaller side. Nice big bathtub - no shower which made showering a bit hard.
Breakfast was delicious and location was good.
Some noise from the trains passing by.
Excellent family room, kids loved the bunkbeds but the lower one did get hot as it faced the window and far from the air con.
Cool room with great views of the station if you're a trainspotter which our son is. Sensible to have amenities like coffee machine and ironing board shared in the hall as these are barely used, which frees up space in the room. Slightly style over substance as there are records and CD's in the room for decoration (nothing to play them on) taking up space needed for putting our stuff on. But it was cool and a fun layout.
The pool is small and surrounding sun loungers are prone to getting splashed with water as it's quite cramped but amazing to fit it all there and have a rooftop space and bar.
Location is 20 min walk from downtown for dinner etc, but a short bus or tram ride away so easy to get to and the tram ride has good views along the river.
Breakfast was great quality and varied, although it was quiet when we stayed so some items had been out for a while and not served at their best.

We had one of the smaller rooms. Very basic, bunk beds, strange design. Lighting controls not intuitive, even with English instructions. Good location adjacent to Atelier de Citernes food hall with numerous vendors. Walk to Gare St Jean in 10 minutes or less.
Nice hotel near St-Jean. Family room was fun with the 2 beds for the kids. Comfy.
Pool on the rooftop was most welcome during that heat wave. Basic, but good, breakfast
We loved this place! Shame it was a short stop over as would of liked to stay for longer. We had a perfect room, generously sized for our family, 2 adults and 2 children 7yr + 8yrs. They found the bunkbeds fun and quirky and each bed had its own charging station ideal for the i-pads. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and we able to check in ahead of time. We didn't get to use the pool due to poor weather but it looked a great space-I think we need to come back, as the kids are still saying it was THE BEST HOTEL!
It is in a new developed area where the hotel is surrounded by residential flats, food court (must visit), children play park, restaurant, pharmacy and grocery store. It is an amazing location for family andnit is walking distance to the Gare St Jean. The hotel itself is easy to find, ot now has a front door opposite the food court, and 24hr front deak. The room is spacious and there is tea and coffee facilities near the lift lobby which hotel guests could access this 24hr. There is also a pool on the top floor. It is a small pool but kids love it.
Nice place and comfortable bed. Nice soaps too. . The only suggestion would be to get rid of the blue light from the light switch because the room has an exceptional black out and the blue light switch illuminates all the room at night disturbing the sleep.

Dorm was way too hot
Service was great and the hostel was very clean everywhere. However, the dorm was BOILING hot (in late February). Someone opened the window in the night which meant that the nearby trains made it impossible to sleep from 5am onwards.
This it not a hotel, it's a hostel. If the place would've been described as a hostel, I would have been happy, however as a hotel it does not live up the standards you expect.
Our first impression was a curtain in our that looked like it had gone through the trenches. The TV was crooked. And there was several hairs and dirt on the pillows and bed.
We booked a triple room, where on the booking site it had been mislabeled as a double and a large single bed. There was nothing large about the single bed.
The staff however was very accommodating about our complaints and did their best to make us happy. They changed our room twice, and cleaned the areas that we informed them were dirty. However, that shouldn't really have to be done in the first place.
In the final room we were booked into Their only fault is perhaps their lack of knowledge regarding the room. Eg. did not know how to pull out the tv, did not know how to change temperature in the room. Later we were told that you could not adjust the temperature in the room, so we were offered to sleep with two duvets, which frankly you shouldn't have to do in a hotel.
