You are perfectly positioned to walk to everything Marblehead has to offer:

Coffee & Dining: Just a 2-minute walk to Starbucks. You're also steps away from local favorites like Maddie’s Sail Loft and the grocery store.

Coastal Scenery: Enjoy a scenic stroll to Crocker Park via Lee Street, or continue on to historic Fort Sewall and The Barnacle.

Nearby Attractions: We are just 4.5 miles from the Salem Witch Museum and 19 miles from the heart of Boston.

This is your whole entire little house in Old Town. Enjoy the backyard patio area, ample parking 2+ cars. Walk to stores, shops, Maddie's, Starbucks, grocery, theater, beach and more. Don't miss a walk to Crocker Park via Lee St, continue to Fort Sewall (add the Barnacle as a stop, authentic old restaurant/bar!!)!

I will meet if you want to, otherwise instructions will be given on how to access the house and best enjoy your stay in this very special part of the world.

Important House Rules
To preserve the peaceful nature of our tiny neighborhood and the condition of our precious home, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:

Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Parties: This is a quiet residential area and absolutely not a party house.

Guest Requirements: Primary renters must be 27 or older. Due to the historic layout, the home is not child-friendly for ages 2–7.

Care for the Home: Please remove your shoes at the door. No smoking is permitted.

Great Getaway!

We loved the area around the home! Quick access to Salem, harbors and beaches. Cute local shops just around the corner and great places to eat. The home was perfect for the two of us. Our host was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed! Cannot wait to return!!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. Everything one needs stay in or venture out. The owner is very kind, receptive, and is an excellent communicator. Lots to do and see within steps of the front door. Lots of dining options nearby and very walkable.

This was our second stay at this property. We were pleased to be able to secure this spot again. Natasha was in touch with us at the start of our stay, making sure that we had everything we needed and to make sure things met our expectations. She has provided necessities as well as thoughtful items to make our stay comfortable. This time she also had holiday decorations placed in the house to keep with the season. The decor, the furnishings, the linens, the king size bed, kitchen equipment are all very good quality. All designed to let you feel at home. She has succeeded!

This property is in an amazing location for the full small town New England experience! Lots of local eateries within walking distance, and a short drive to Salem! Natasha is amazing, and very responsive. We had an absolute blast on our trip!

Lovely Home

This property is very nice and very clean. It is located within walking distance of cute shops and restaurants. There is parking at the side of the property so it is easy to transfer heavy luggage inside. There is a muted church bell that rings every hour which might disturb light sleepers. We were just off a red eye flight so it didn't really bother us. We had a great stay!

Lovely Home

Lovely place, was very roomy for two of us. All amenities are in new working order. Extremely warm outside on our visit so we drove most places, in normal conditions would have walked, everything is very close. Town of Marblehead is a gem and would stay at Natasha’s property again. Thank you!

Romantic New England Seacoast Getaway

This property exceeded expectations! It was much larger than the photos show, three levels of living space, plus two outdoor areas. The house was so light and airy and had beautiful elements of old pine floors and exposed rafters in an open ceiling. The brand new washer and dryer were a plus as well.

Amazing!

This property is amazing. From beginning to end it was such a great experience. The house is situated in a great neighborhood and we never felt unsafe. It is a quick drive to Boston and other smaller towns nearby. The property is super clean and honestly beautiful! We could not have asked for a better property. Beautiful Cozy Home!

I truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for my daughter and I to stay during our first Halloween weekend trip to Salem. Natasha was warm and welcoming and her home was just the perfect size. Only 10 minutes out of Salem, located in its own cute bustling little town, there plenty of things for us to do and eat there! Would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Love this house!

The house was cozy and inviting. The sofa was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was so fresh and clean. We settled right in to a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. The rain throughout our stay did not deter us from exploring all that the area has to offer. It was nice to get back to the house and warm up. The trip was exactly what we hope for…

Beautiful house, really nice location, convenient to many things. We found the house charming, And very comfortable, beds, kitchen etc. We would certainly book again For anyone wondering about the Marblehead area, it seems to fit the bill from what I thought a coastal New England town should feel and look like. I know that sounds odd but not having spent any time in the area other than Cape Cod we were hoping for a certain feel and it delivered. We enjoyed all the shops, though the hours of operation were little odd, and the food, and scenery, and ability to walk and see different things was all excellent. The historical areas we visited were fascinating .There were some nice restaurants within walking distance of the house, easy walking distance I'm not talking about 20 to 30 minutes. The house was perfect with its location, just in general very user-friendly. We liked the little sitting area with the fire in the back.

Comfortable and Clean

Super clean, comfortable and bright inside. Very responsive host. At least 1/4 to half a mile walking distance to a few local restaurants. We love sitting outside at night so we would have liked a larger landscaped outdoor patio area. But if that's not your thing and you like to walk, you will love the house.
