  • This centrally located brownstone apartment is located on famous Beacon St
    near Fenway Park. Renovated from top to bottom, brand new and modern nestled inside a historic Boston Brownstone. Many shops, restaurants and stores nearby.

    Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, wine glasses & mugs.
    Extremely fast WI-FI speeds provided at location.
    Cable TV is provided with premium channels such as HBO and more etc.

    The apartment is on the third and fourth floor.
    No elevator.
    One parking spot available.

    The nearest stops are greenline C(Hawes or St.Mary stop) and D line(Fenway). Easy public transportation. Short 1 minute walk to nearest subway stop.

    The landlord reserves the right to inspect the unit to enforce the terms of this agreement at any time.

Beautiful apartment with lots of space

We stayed in Boston for Christmas and to celebrate the arrival of a grand baby, including extended family. Tha apartment was large enough for everyone to have their private space. We were all together in the living space. The kitchen was lovely with an dining area overlooking Beacon St. Right down the street are local restaurants and Whole Foods, couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Nice walk up apartment but a few things to note

The apartment was updated - bathrooms, kitchens. But besides beds, sheets and towels, there was nothing else to make it a home for a long term stay. There were dishes in kitchen but not cooking utensils, barely any cooking supplies - toilet paper, paper towels. It made it very hard to cook and even clean unless you went out and got it yourself and then had to walk up those stairs over and over again. If your looking for a place to hang out and cook in this is not the property. There were not even televisions in any of the bedrooms. Sheets were ripped. Towels were overused. Just a few details that could be addressed to make the apartment better and feel more like a home instead of a hotel.

Great rental property and location

Our family rented this property for a Thanksgiving trip to Boston. The property manager responded promptly (sometimes within a couple minutes) to each question I had prior to our arrival. The house was very clean and matched the online description. Everyone in my group thought the house was fabulous and its proximity to the subway was perfect since we did not rent a car (this property does include parking if you have a vehicle). Finding a property with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is very rare, but was perfect for our group. The bathrooms are very large with large showers or tub/showers. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and liquid hand soap were all provided. Although everyone in our group enjoyed climbing the beautiful staircase, if you have difficulty navigating stairs, you might want to skip this property. There were over 50 steps to the upstairs bedrooms. We also found the property to be very quiet, we did not hear occupants of other apartments and there was very little street noise, which was a very pleasant surprise. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and felt very safe. Overall this is a great property and the property manager was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything and THEN some!!

The accommodations were just as advertised and the apartment was amazing with plenty of room and the fact that the train was across the street was a lifesaver!! Nancy was easy to get in contact and we’ll definitely be looking forward to our next visit!

Great condo in a fabulous location

Clean and roomy condo with accurate pictures. Pros- large rooms with desks and seats, huge renovated kitchen and bathrooms, safe area, and great Wifi. Cons- no body wash in any of the showers. Keurig wasn't working. One of the beds is smaller than a Queen and very noisy, almost like covered in plastic, which made it very difficult to sleep when my husband moved at night. The bedrooms could also use curtains instead of sheers so the light doesn't wake everyone in the mornings.

Boston Visit

The apartment is as lovely as described and the location was perfect for us. We walked to museums, amazing restaurants and the T was literally across the street. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and is well stocked with the essential equipment, but be prepared to supply your own coffee, soap and tissue. (There is a Whole Foods very nearby). The one downside was the lack of communication by Nancy. There were a couple of questions I asked that took her days to answer, and she never responded at all to our question about check out. In spite of that, we had a great time and would stay there again.

Home base for college tours

The location is nice, safe and the property is interesting. It occupies the third and fourth floors of the building and has several good sized bathrooms and bedrooms. Be aware that there are several flights of stairs. We walked to a nice bakery about a block down for coffee and pastries. There is a parking space around the block in the back of the row of houses. The pictures accurately represent the property and the feel is high end.

Beautiful property in an ideal location

This was one of the best properties we've ever rented. The location was fantastic -- so many great restaurants within walking distance, and it was easy to get to other parts of the city and beyond. The rooms were well-appointed and spacious. Our family of four, including two teenagers, were completely comfortable there. The parking spot was an added bonus, and so appreciated. We were there to visit colleges, and if our daughter ends up going to college in Boston, we have vowed to stay here as often as it's available!

This is a beautifully renovated, brownstone apartment in a perfect location in Boston. It was immaculately clean with updated appliances and everything in perfect working order. Also offers one free parking space in back, which is a big plus. Our entire group loved everything about the place and we hope to return again!!

Wonderful!

Our family, 2 adults and 3 teens, had a wonderful stay at this luxury apartment in Boston. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything is updated from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The bedrooms are big with comfortable beds. The location cannot be beat! You are close to everything. You can hop on the T train just down the street or walk and enjoy the beautiful homes and buildings in the area. We were here for college visits so getting to Boston University and Northeastern were close enough to walk. This is truly a great rental in a great area of Boston!

Wonderful experience

This was our first time using VRBO. Nancy made it seamless and a truly wonderful experience. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the neighborhood is fantastic. Easy ride to BU, Northeastern, Tufts, and anything and everything Boston. We will absolutely stay here again!

This was our best rental experience by far. Great location- easy walking distance to Whole Foods and several breakfast places. The apartment itself is gorgeous- clean, spacious and contemporary. A beautiful place to gather and relax. With a washer and dryer, the very appointed kitchen - we had everything we needed. Truly our best vacations rental experience to date. Communication was fast and effective. Will absolutely stay again!

Perfectly kept multi story apartment. Check-in was very detailed yet very simple to follow and gain access. The owners of the property were very easy to get in touch with and made our stay very worth while. On the weekend of our stay, they even let us order a pay per view fight! I cannot say anything negative about this rental; definitely will rent from them again and again in the future.
