“Pre-check in comms and answering cell number after arrival were very poorly handled. Would have been better to be able to chat to someone to get the details from a human than just a board at reception when we arrived. ”
“The lodge was excellent the staff super friendly ,the breakfast was excellent the pool was perfect to relax at .The ocean walk is just moments away and the walk into Hermanus was stunning .Whales were everywhere we were there in Oct .Hermanus was a perfect coastal get away”
“The staff were really friendly and helpful even before we arrived. The secure parking area was a bonus! Our room had a great view of the ocean and was even bigger than expected. It was the perfect location for exploring the old harbour. Highly recommend booking here!”
