“Very helpful staff at checkin. Presedential suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. The room had a fridge and kettle. Good wifi service. Large ath tub and also a walkin shower. Great location. Very much in the centre. I would recommend this property and would most certainly look to book again when I next visit Belgrade.”

“I booked for 5 nights, and only stayed 1 night as the room was simply not good enough.
The windows were thin and the noise from the street extremely loud.
The mattress and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable.
The bathroom vent in the floor brought a terrible septic smell into the room. It literally smelled like a septic field.
The hotel offered to move me to another room… but I didn’t think it would solve these three problems, so I moved to another hotel.

“Das Hotel ist sehr schön.Zimmer war sauber und die Mädels vom Housekeeping nett und aufmerksam.Das hauseigene Spa war genau richtig und ebenfalls sauber.Kleiner Abzug in der B Note.Leider wurde bei der Buchung auf meine Wünsche nicht eingegangen.Ich hatte bei Buchung nachgefragt, ob ich ein Zimmer auf selber Etage wie Restaurant kommen können, vlt war hier nichts verfügbar.Nicht so schlimm.Ansonsten ist die Lage super direkt an der Haupteinkaufsstraße und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig……
