"Don’t let the neighborhood fool you, it is after all Africa and it is inside a gated compound, very safe. It is a brand new place that still has a few kinks to work out. Like installing shower curtains. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Great value for the money. Recommend having a car, but doable with local cabs. "Stayed one night in River view room. Furnishings are somewhat dated but definitely adequate for our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. À la carte food was great ; didn’t try the buffet. Reception staff were very helpful and followed up on local transfer details for us. Shuttle to and from airport was also very handy. Would stay again if passing through Maun."
