They have the worst stinky water I have ever smelled from a tap! It smells like rotten eggs. Breakfast is questionable based on the stinky well water smell, we didn’t trust their coffee! Spider webs, chair has dog hair on it, filthy! sticky tv remote, and TV doesn't work, WiFi doesn't work! King size bed is overused and sinking down in the middle, parking is horrendous, horrible experience!

The view of the lake wad nice. Yhe facilities seem outdated and a bit dingy. Everything seemed clean, but not spotless. The included breakfast was fine, but it seemed quite out of the way from any restaurants especially as many on the island seem to close by 8 and there is no restauraunt at the motel. The stay was nice, but I would find something closer to other amenities.

Greeted by the host with the best customer service weve experienced in our 4 trips scross the country. Very accommodating and genuine in making sure your stay is relaxed, enjoyable and without issue. These rooms are renovated/updated and the beds are super comfy! The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise for us. Thr care that was put into everything was awesome to see. We recommend this place and will definitely be back again when we are in the area. Its also only 15 minutes from the NS to NL Ferry! Best customer service in Canada!

Drab and disappointing.
I believe they are trying to update the motel, so I don’t want to be too harsh but the room was dark, dated, dirty and the fridge had mold. I hope they are able to get it fixed up.
