房間比較舊，有洗衣房的公寓酒店，但只有一套洗衣及烘衣機，實在排不上洗衣烘衣，如同無這項設備服務，因為是公寓式酒店，所以服務人員並非24小時，（9:30am to 17:30pm),如在此時間外要找人，必須打電話，這家公寓式酒店的唯一好處就是離皇后鎮的中心近，很方便，其他部分看個人感覺了，我個人認為一晚要價約NZ$300元，CP值是不值啦！

room is clean and spacious, staff are helpful and friendly

I was actually expecting more cos the photos look so nice and we thought the room was going the be better. We also found hair in the bathroom . The staff was really friendly though, she waited for our arrival and showed us the room. The heater was well functioning. However, the wall is so thin that you can easily hear your neighbours and we got woken up so early by the TV noise. Location was perfect, only 5 mins walk to all the shops and you can see the snow mountain easily.
