"Was a bit surprised to learn the hotel room didn't have an AC and no ice machine on property. Bummed the Sauna is only open to public 10am to 3pm and then you have to pay. Considering check-in doesn't start until 3pm. Also walking along the creek on the fourmile trail is more like walking on the highway. Not what expected. Still like the atmosphere being in the woods and near a creek."

"I don’t think you can find a spot closer to downtown Boulder and the University. We extended our stay from 1 night to 4 and enjoyed evening walks along Boulder Creek, Farmers Market and great dining and entertainment on Pearl St…..all within just a few blocks. The front desk crew was both friendly and full of local intel."

Residence Inn By Marriott Boulder

"The room was clean and had everything we needed but it was downstairs below a balcony on both sides, so it always felt dark. I’ve stayed at many Residence Inns and they’re usually wonderful, but the room layout was crowded and felt cluttered. They’re trying to pack too much into one small space. Additionally, while they’re known for their great breakfasts, this one was so disappointing. I’m not picky and will eat anything but the scrambled eggs seemed pre frozen and grainy, and the French toast was dry. It was surprisingly weird."
